PAYMENT:  We currently only take payment through PayPal.  If you’re new to PayPal, be assured that it’s secure, easy, and safe – you can use your PayPal account to pay with a credit card, debit card, checking account, or PayPal  account balance. When you check out, you’ll be redirected to the secure PayPal site.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  For the time being, we only ship to addresses in the United States.

SHIPPING:  Due to the perishable nature of our product, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and arrive in 2 to 3 days.  When your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS Click ‘N Ship notification that will allow you to track your package.  We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so that packages don’t sit in the post office any longer than necessary. If your package goes missing in transit, we will replace it at no additional charge;  however, we cannot replace a missing order with a “delivered” status by USPS.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:  Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Should a product arrive damaged or in some sort of unsatisfactory condition, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange for a refund or replacement.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGY WARNINGS:  Some of our chocolates contain nuts, and all of our products are created in a kitchen where nuts are used. Our marshmallows are not vegan, as they contain egg whites and gelatin. We would like to offer vegan marshmallows, but have yet to find a recipe that comes up to our standards.
